Full Service Laundry in Downey

Nice and clean! I'm always worried about animal hair being in the washer or dryer, people take dog beds and animal bedding to laundromats because they don't want to use their own at home! I've never had that problem here, the attendant is always washing or vacuuming them out! I also like that they have soap, softener, and dryer sheets! Not too expensive, and very convenient when you forget one! I will make this my new place even though I pass a lot of others along the way!!

I've been here 3 times since they opened. I was waiting to post comments to see if my first experience was a fluke... Happy to say it wasn't, very clean, efficient and professional. Staff is great. Not many laundermats have people on-site to addess any issues or concerns. All my clothes, blankets and towels came out clean and surprisingly strained of most of the water. Which allowed for faster drying. Didn't need more then the cycle gives. As long as you load what the machine states, you won't have an issue. The atmosphere is great, lots of parking, vending area, kids area, tv's, free WIFI and music to pass the time. Not bad if you ask me. Best laundromat I've ever been to. Thumbs up to the Management for providing an awesome atmosphere!! Keep it up. Definitely found my go to laundromat.

Very clean faculty, which is greatly appreciated when you're going there to clean clothes. No dust buildup throughout the place, the kids corner is actually Clean. There's always an attendant there to clean and facilitate with anything. This is actually why I decided to write the review. The attendant. I wish I got her name. She's so aware, attentive and courteous. She sees cars pull up and immediately walks over with a laundry cart for them to load up and roll into the place to make it easier. That's going above and beyond. She greets you and offers any assistance. Great customer service in a place where you'd lease expect it.

The best laundry mat in Downey by far BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING STAFF! They are always available to lend a helping hand, answer questions and have never made me feel bad for needing assistance! My fiancé and I have moved to Downey and we're looking for a laundromat that was clean and affordable since our apartment complex always has issues with their washer/dryer machines and is severely overpriced. We found this gem that's less than 10 minutes away from the apartment complex.

I've never been to a nicer laundromat in my life!! This place is spotless. There are two attendants on duty who polish the stainless steel on every washer and dryer: top, bottom, sides, front, etc. It's so clean in here, the place sparkles. The machines are top of the line. I washed 4 large blankets at once (washer for 9 loads) for $13 and it only took 27 minutes. I used quarters because I didn't know they have an app "Dexter Pay", (which I'll use next time) --the attendant gave me a coin bag with "Casey's Laundry" stamped on it. Soooo nice!!! I put my 4 oversized blankets in 2 dryers (2 each) and paid $2 for 30 minutes each. Great quality ..powerful and new dryers. Also, the place has pleasant music and nice TVs mounted high and easy to see for everyone in the place. The bathrooms are clean. They even have a play area for kids, snacks and ice cream for sale, and two arcade video games to play. Also, there are tables to sit at and huge clean windows, so a lot of light comes in. This place is great and I will definitely come back.

Been here twice to this laundromat. I must say this laundromat is perfect it has a lot of washers and dryers. There's an attendant onsite for any issues. They have a few tv's, a small play area for little kids, and tables and chairs to sit. This is my new go to laundromat.
